7 Wonders of the World

The world has many impressive wonders – some natural and others man-made. While it might not be possible to visit all seven, you can still get an inkling of them at Kolkata’s 7 Wonders Eco Park.

In New Town lies a remarkable attraction called 7 Wonders Eco Park that commemorates some of the remarkable wonders of our world while raising environmental awareness. Boasting stunning natural landscapes and meticulously recreated replicas of iconic landmarks, visitors have expressed immense appreciation for its unmatched concept and execution. It has received outstanding reviews from visitors as an exceptional destination.

The original seven wonders of the world were remarkable human-built landmarks from ancient and classical civilizations, according to the State University of New York at Albany, according to Herodotus (Greek historian) of fifth-century B.C. Greece, who first coined the term. Of these original wonders, only one remains standing today: the Giza Pyramid in Egypt.

The Great Wall of China is another impressive man-made wonder that should not be missed, spanning 21,196 km across northwestern China and covering an impressive expanse. Open daily with reasonable ticket prices, visitors can buy their tickets online and receive a confirmation email after purchasing.

Rose Garden

The Rose Garden offers an idyllic environment to unwind, read, or stroll with loved ones. Boasting over 650 varieties of roses blooming from May until fall’s first frost in October/November, this garden celebrates and promotes roses as national floral emblems while encouraging education, community involvement, and cultural events.

The garden quickly gained popularity with the introduction of playground pageants in 1917; these children’s performances occur within its rose beds and attract thousands of spectators. Furthermore, Rosarian gardeners are constantly pruning, weeding, mulching, and planting at this site; its opening hours run Tuesday to Saturday between March to October and November to February.

In 2019, Tyler Municipal Rose Garden was honored by being listed on the National Register of Historic Places – an incredible distinction for such a magnificent space that serves as a delightful spot during summer.

Sculpture Garden

A sculpture garden is an outdoor space dedicated to the exhibition and display of sculptures. You can spend an enjoyable and relaxing day strolling among manicured gardens or admiring an interactive site-specific installation in these unique venues, which offer something inspiring yet relaxing for visitors of all kinds. These spaces may also host events or workshops for visitors – many are privately owned but open only to guests, while some may form part of public museums.

Laumeier Sculpture Park and Esplanade Ernest-Cormier in Canada are two well-known examples. This year, the Sculpture Garden at Burning Man will host 12 large-scale artworks until 1 October and should provide visitors with an exceptional exhibition.

Local businessman Jack Harris established North Central’s Sculpture Garden to show his commitment to his community. He selected every sculpture for placement among lush landscaping and picnic areas – creating an oasis for students, faculty, and staff. Furthermore, it serves as the venue for events and workshops that foster art-making – such as its popular annual show called “Sculpture in the Park,” which is open to ticket holders of any ticket type; tickets may be purchased both online or at the North Central campus locations – offering something special to all those attending and present alike!
