Start by tilting your head back and holding your eyes open. Next, slowly pour the saline solution into your eyes, letting it run over the surface of your eyeballs. Be sure to keep your eyes open throughout the process so that the saline can fully clean them.

Finally, blink a few times to help spread the saline solution evenly across your eyes and flush out any remaining debris.

Wet Cloth

How to flush your eyes with a wet cloth: first, soak a clean, soft cloth in lukewarm water. Apply the wet cloth to your eyes, being careful not to get water in your eyes. Gently massage your eyelids with the cloth.
