It is an understatement to say that SS Rajamouli has created cinematic gold with his latest movie RRR. The movie was not only a megahit commercially but has received widespread critical acclaim as well. The movie has made headlines again as it is now nominated for the Best Picture at the Hollywood Critics Association midseason awards.
RRR which stars Ram Charan and Jr. NTR as protagonists will now be competing with movies such as Top Gun Maverick starring Tom Cruise and The Batman starring Robert Pattinson. The official Twitter handle of RRR took to their Instagram account to share the news. They wrote that they were happy to see RRR nominated for Best Picture at HCA Critics.
Along with RRR, Top Gun Maverick and The Batman, the other movies nominated in the list included Cha Cha Real Smooth, Elvis Movie, Everything Everywhere All At Once, The Northman and others.
