The reality show MTV Roadies has had quite the lineage on television. Well, with 18 seasons (including the latest one), this stunt based reality show has become a dream to many, but do you know, it has also been a breeding ground to so many actors we see in films and on television today. Some of the most popular actors who started their journey with Roadies are Rannvijay Singha, Ayushmann Khurrana, Prince Narula, Bani J, Sahil Anand, and many more. Now, with season 18 kickstarting next week, lots have changed. Yes, Rannvijay who used to be the face of the show for many years, has passed on the baton to actor Sonu Sood. And I must say, seeing Sonu spearheading the Roadies squad is very impressive.
With the latest promo dropping in, adrenaline rush is promised, but friendships will also be put to test, with some interesting tasks in store.
I am looking forward to see Sonu on Roadies for sure, but what I am also excited about is to see some strong ex-contestants come from Roadies Revolution, X4 and Real Heroes joining this season in South Africa.
The makers have been creating quite the hype around this season and it surely looks worth the wait. Well, the show has surely gone a notch higher this time and now I cannot wait to starting watching it from 8th April every weekend, Friday to Sunday at 7pm on MTV India and Voot.
