Alia Bhatt, Ranbir Kapoor, and others to reportedly attend Karan Johar’s 50th birthday bash

Karan Johar will be turning 50 later this month. He is all geared up to celebrate his birthday with a lavish, star-studded party. The birthday bash will reportedly witness the attendance of some of the biggest names in Bollywood, namely Alia Bhatt, Ranbir Kapoor, Ranveer Singh, and Deepika Padukone.

The renowned filmmaker who will turn 50 on May 25 recently made headlines when he announced that his famous talk show Koffee with Karan has come to an end. It was later found out that he pulled a prank, and the show will be released on OTT platforms. With a renewal of his talk show and movies in the pipeline such as Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahaani, Karan Johar is in a celebratory mood.

A source told Times of India, “The theme of his star-studded party is black and bling. All the directors who have worked under Dharma Productions will be present”. Media reports have also suggested that the biggest names in Bollywood have received an invite. Stars such as Shah Rukh Khan, Salman Khan, Ranveer Singh, and Deepika Padukone have been invited. Newlyweds Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor may also attend the birthday bash.

When it comes to the work front, Karan Johar is currently working on Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani with Ranveer Singh and Alia Bhatt. This movie is their second collaboration after Gully Boy.
